And Taylor talked about how she wished she knew someone like that when she was in high school. It was so special,” says one source.

‎Despite the estimated 1,000 guests in attendance, PEOPLE has learned that the couple made time to talk to as many attendees as possible, walking around the venue and thanking those who came to celebrate their big day.

‎Sources confirm the couple opted not to have a seated dinner but offered attendees a variety of Italian dishes, sushi and fancy fare, including caviar served on chicken nuggets.
