Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift have just given fans another glimpse into their growing life together—this time through a jaw-dropping real-estate purchase that brings the newlyweds closer to Kelce’s Ohio roots.
The superstar couple have reportedly added a $5.35 million lakefront estate in Bratenahl, Ohio, to their property portfolio. The purchase was completed in March, several months before their July wedding, according to property records and reports from multiple outlets.
And this isn’t an ordinary house.
Known as Moyenage, the historic estate sits on approximately 3.5 acres along Lake Erie and dates back to the Gilded Age. The enormous residence measures roughly 21,000 square feet, giving the newlyweds an extraordinary amount of space for privacy, entertaining and relaxing away from the intense spotlight surrounding their relationship.
🌊 A spectacular piece of Ohio history
Built in the late 19th century, the mansion combines historic character with extensive modern renovations. Reports describe an impressive eight-bedroom, 11-bathroom layout, along with amenities including a pool, five-car garage, media room and a converted ballroom that now serves as a game room and home theater.
There’s also a two-bedroom guest cottage, adding even more space for family and visitors.
The property reportedly underwent extensive restoration after its previous owner purchased it in 2023, with the renovation designed to preserve its historic character while bringing in modern luxury.

Perhaps the most interesting part of the purchase is where the mansion is located.
Bratenahl is only a few miles from Cleveland Heights, where Travis and his brother Jason Kelce grew up. That makes the property more than another luxury acquisition—it puts Travis remarkably close to his hometown and the area where his football story began.
