Kansas City Chiefs’s star tight end Travis Kelce may be looking to move up in the world.
The 34-year-old star, who led the team to Super Bowl victory this year for the 3rd time, is now selling his Kansas City, house for $9.9 million.
Travis purchased the home in 2023—a years into his tenure with the Chiefs—for $6 million, according to property records. The gated residence sits on more than an acre of land in a “sought-after subdivision” and “features a putting green, heated pool and hot tub with tons of privacy,” according to the listing with Cami Jones and Paige Buechele of ReeceNichols, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate.
Built in 1953, the 4,759-square-foot home features floor-to-ceiling windows, French doors and hardwood floors throughout, according to listing photos. It has a semi-open floor plan, and a main living area combines a living room and a family room, both with fireplaces. The chef’s kitchen is also adjacent, and features an island, two ovens and a wall of windows.
There’s also a formal dining room and a “completely updated sunroom” on the main level, the listing said.
The home has three bedrooms, and the primary suite has a large dressing room—recently “revamped,” according to the listing—and a bathroom with a soaking tub and a separate shower.
Downstairs, the entertainment level features a bar, lounge and a powder room, the listing said.
There’s also a motor court, five-car garage and a patio, and the home is surrounded by manicured lawns and mature trees.
